一、為師者德為先

二、為師者能為重

其次通過實踐來成就自己。

再次通過反思來加快自己成長。
音樂教師教學能力的提高是一個積累過程,而教學反思是教師積累教育教學經驗、提高教學素質的有效方法。我注重每節課後反思編寫外,更注重公開課的教後反思、教學後記,並能從自我評價、他人評價、評價學生中進行自我反思,不斷總結、積累自己在教學過程中的所得、所思、所感,使自己不斷的成長。成長是一個過程,永無止境,反思是一個過程,永無終點。我願反思教學過程終身。
三、為師者勤是寶。
勤qin能neng補bu拙zhuo,勤qin奮fen是shi為wei師shi者zhe的de法fa寶bao。尤you其qi是shi新xin教jiao師shi更geng要yao勤qin奮fen學xue習xi,自zi覺jiao修xiu養yang,腳jiao踏ta實shi地di,奮fen發fa圖tu強qiang,樹shu立li遠yuan大da理li想xiang,努nu力li實shi現xian奮fen鬥dou目mu標biao。一yi年nian來lai,我wo著zhe重zhong學xue習xi了le五wu本ben專zhuan著zhu或huo有you關guan學xue習xi材cai料liao,參can加jia縣xian新xin教jiao師shi培pei訓xun五wu到dao六liu次ci,讀du書shu文wen摘zhai卡ka達da70張;並寫了學習心得體會一篇;校內外聽課達55節,並作記錄;校內外公開課3節,說課稿兩篇,評課稿兩篇,教後反思兩篇,教學總結一篇,論文兩篇。擔任三、四年級兩個年段音樂課時達16節,義務輔導學生表演節目;做到課時教案齊全,無漏備缺備現象,按時到校,從無遲到、早退、曠課現象,努力做為一名合格的教師。
四、師創績,績強師
