實(shi)習(xi)過(guo)程(cheng)是(shi)循(xun)序(xu)漸(jian)進(jin)的(de),第(di)一(yi)天(tian),我(wo)們(men)部(bu)門(men)經(jing)理(li)便(bian)把(ba)公(gong)司(si)的(de)一(yi)切(qie)規(gui)章(zhang)製(zhi)度(du)教(jiao)給(gei)我(wo)並(bing)向(xiang)我(wo)講(jiang)解(jie)了(le)以(yi)後(hou)每(mei)日(ri)工(gong)作(zuo)具(ju)體(ti)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)安(an)排(pai),公(gong)司(si)對(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)著(zhe)裝(zhuang)也(ye)有(you)要(yao)求(qiu),第(di)一(yi)天(tian)就(jiu)發(fa)給(gei)我(wo)了(le)一(yi)套(tao)職(zhi)業(ye)裝(zhuang),此(ci)時(shi)我(wo)們(men)要(yao)學(xue)習(xi)端(duan)茶(cha)送(song)水(shui),電(dian)話(hua)銷(xiao)售(shou)並(bing)把(ba)理(li)論(lun)用(yong)於(yu)實(shi)踐(jian)。

(一)銷售技巧
在這工作期間我學到房產銷售技巧:

2、了解客戶需求、接待客戶的時候不要自己滔滔不絕的說話,好的銷售人員必然是個好聽眾,通過聆聽來了解客戶的需求,是必要條件:同時也應該是個心理學家,通過客戶的言行舉止來判斷他們內心的想法,是重要條件:更應該是個談判專家,在綜合了各方麵的因素後,要看準時機,一針見血的點中要害,這是成交的關鍵因素。
