一、考試總結

四、課後作業

當然為了加到好數學,我每天都會做好備課準備,一些簡單的PPT還(hai)是(shi)必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)做(zuo)的(de),不(bu)能(neng)耽(dan)誤(wu),一(yi)旦(dan)耽(dan)誤(wu)了(le)就(jiu)會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)最(zui)後(hou)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)情(qing)況(kuang),不(bu)指(zhi)望(wang)他(ta)們(men)都(dou)學(xue)會(hui)但(dan)是(shi)至(zhi)少(shao)要(yao)影(ying)響(xiang),一(yi)次(ci)不(bu)行(xing)就(jiu)多(duo)次(ci)學(xue)習(xi),每(mei)天(tian)上(shang)課(ke)前(qian)溫(wen)習(xi)一(yi)邊(bian)課(ke)程(cheng),昨(zuo)天(tian)的(de)學(xue)習(xi)內(nei)容(rong),讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)主(zhu)動(dong)來(lai)回(hui)答(da)。
雖(sui)然(ran)在(zai)一(yi)年(nian)中(zhong)我(wo)教(jiao)導(dao)的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)數(shu)學(xue)成(cheng)績(ji)平(ping)均(jun)都(dou)達(da)到(dao)了(le)八(ba)十(shi)以(yi)上(shang),但(dan)是(shi)與(yu)我(wo)自(zi)己(ji)心(xin)目(mu)中(zhong)的(de)標(biao)準(zhun)還(hai)是(shi)有(you)差(cha)距(ju),我(wo)會(hui)在(zai)今(jin)後(hou)工(gong)作(zuo)繼(ji)續(xu)加(jia)強(qiang)工(gong)作(zuo),把(ba)班(ban)級(ji)數(shu)學(xue)成(cheng)績(ji)提(ti)上(shang)更(geng)高(gao)。

二、教學工作

三、不足之處
作zuo為wei一yi名ming數shu學xue老lao師shi我wo還hai是shi跟gen學xue生sheng們men的de交jiao流liu不bu多duo,上shang課ke的de時shi間jian占zhan了le很hen多duo,其qi餘yu時shi間jian沒mei有you在zai私si下xia跟gen學xue生sheng們men互hu動dong,其qi實shi這zhe很hen多duo時shi候hou很hen也ye重zhong要yao,語yu學xue生sheng們men的de交jiao流liu對dui於yu後hou麵mian的de一yi些xie接jie觸chu,包bao括kuo教jiao學xue課ke堂tang方fang麵mian也ye能neng夠gou產chan生sheng影ying響xiang,我wo會hui改gai變bian的de。
為更好的為下一年度工作能順利進行,現對本年度數學教師工作做一個總結。
一、思想方麵
作(zuo)為(wei)教(jiao)師(shi),責(ze)任(ren)心(xin)是(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)敗(bai)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian),也(ye)是(shi)良(liang)好(hao)師(shi)德(de)的(de)具(ju)體(ti)體(ti)現(xian)。當(dang)然(ran)個(ge)人(ren)的(de)能(neng)力(li)也(ye)非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao)。但(dan)沒(mei)有(you)高(gao)度(du)的(de)責(ze)任(ren)心(xin)和(he)使(shi)命(ming)感(gan)是(shi)幹(gan)不(bu)好(hao)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de),這(zhe)是(shi)多(duo)年(nian)來(lai)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)經(jing)驗(yan),也(ye)是(shi)我(wo)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)座(zuo)右(you)銘(ming)。為(wei)此(ci),一(yi)年(nian)來(lai),本(ben)人(ren)一(yi)直(zhi)嚴(yan)於(yu)律(lv)已(yi),時(shi)刻(ke)用(yong)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)職(zhi)業(ye)道(dao)德(de)規(gui)範(fan)來(lai)約(yue)束(shu)、鞭策自己,緊記自己是教師的身份,做到以身作則,為人師表。熱愛和關心學生。做到既教書又育人。

二、教育教學方麵

在教學中,我認為:要(yao)嚴(yan)格(ge)要(yao)求(qiu)每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)學(xue)生(sheng),不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)思(si)想(xiang)還(hai)是(shi)學(xue)習(xi)上(shang),不(bu)能(neng)隨(sui)便(bian)遷(qian)就(jiu)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)缺(que)點(dian),否(fou)則(ze)隻(zhi)能(neng)是(shi)導(dao)其(qi)繼(ji)續(xu)範(fan)錯(cuo),發(fa)現(xian)有(you)範(fan)錯(cuo)誤(wu)的(de)苗(miao)頭(tou),就(jiu)要(yao)馬(ma)上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)引(yin)導(dao)、教育,把這種錯誤的思想轉化為學習的動力。但,要想收到預期的效果,得講究方法,耐心教導,循循善誘,批評與誘導相結合;與家長取得聯係,爭取家長的大力支持;經常與其談心、交朋友,使學生心中形成親其師,信其道的向師性。這也是我教育學生的一點淺談。

優化課堂教學方麵
存在的問題
1)、教師的觀念較為保守,放不開;工作總結
2)教學中沒注重學生非智力因素的培養:如學生學習的品質、習的興趣、態度、策略、方法等。導致學生的學習積極性不高;
3)課的結構過於簡單,方式過於單一,容量不大,練習量過少,特別是應用題方麵的教學;
4)堂上練習密度不大,節奏不緊湊,效果較低;5)課堂教學處理的的藝術水平較低
針對以上問題,要求教師抓住每個教學點的關鍵,運用最直接、最易懂易明的教學方法引導學生,課堂的基本模式為:先練後導—導練結合—當堂訓練—及時反饋—達成目標。教學任務要日日清、月月清、年年清。
一年的時光就這樣過去了,回顧一年來的工作,本人始終以認真負責、勤懇的態度,履行崗位職責。上半年不僅擔負著三年級兩個班的數學、美術等教學工作,兼任三乙班主任,每周19課;下半年擔負著一年級兩個班數學科的教學工作,兼任一乙班主任,每周17課;班主任工作的重點抓好小學生的思想品德、安an全quan等deng教jiao育yu工gong作zuo,班ban主zhu任ren工gong作zuo的de好hao壞huai直zhi接jie關guan係xi到dao整zheng個ge學xue校xiao的de發fa展zhan,因yin此ci,班ban主zhu任ren責ze任ren更geng加jia重zhong。雖sui然ran一yi年nian來lai工gong作zuo量liang較jiao大da,但dan還hai是shi堅jian持chi努nu力li把ba工gong作zuo做zuo好hao!同時,得到學校領導的認可,也給我的榮譽獎,這使我感到教好書育好人的責任更大。相信在今後的工作中,會盡我最大的努力吧!
