教育實習實習總結1人生有很多的第一次,而第一次站上講台,第一次為人師,對於師範生的我而言卻是件極具挑戰、頗具誘惑的事情。20xx年10月9日,我懷著即興奮又焦急的心情跟隨頂崗支教的大部隊來到了五指山市思源實驗學校,開始了為期兩個月的頂崗實習,期間的點點滴滴、酸甜苦辣,讓我體驗到太陽底下最光榮事業的崇高和艱辛。

在實習期間,我的主要任務是班主任工作和教學工作。
一、班主任工作
(1)在工作準備方麵

二、教學工作
由(you)於(yu)我(wo)是(shi)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)習(xi)的(de)老(lao)師(shi),因(yin)此(ci)很(hen)多(duo)時(shi)候(hou)要(yao)自(zi)己(ji)去(qu)摸(mo)索(suo),自(zi)己(ji)去(qu)研(yan)究(jiu),和(he)通(tong)過(guo)參(can)加(jia)學(xue)校(xiao)每(mei)周(zhou)一(yi)次(ci)的(de)科(ke)組(zu)活(huo)動(dong)和(he)不(bu)定(ding)時(shi)的(de)聽(ting)課(ke)和(he)評(ping)課(ke)吸(xi)取(qu)經(jing)驗(yan)。一(yi)開(kai)是(shi)比(bi)較(jiao)緊(jin)張(zhang)的(de),對(dui)知(zhi)識(shi)點(dian)的(de)把(ba)握(wo)也(ye)不(bu)是(shi)很(hen)好(hao),也(ye)弄(nong)不(bu)清(qing)楚(chu)哪(na)個(ge)是(shi)重(zhong)點(dian),哪(na)個(ge)是(shi)難(nan)點(dian),對(dui)於(yu)初(chu)一(yi)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)思(si)維(wei)也(ye)很(hen)難(nan)把(ba)握(wo)。之(zhi)後(hou),通(tong)過(guo)虛(xu)心(xin)請(qing)教(jiao)了(le)其(qi)他(ta)老(lao)師(shi)之(zhi)後(hou),並(bing)對(dui)新(xin)課(ke)標(biao)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)詳(xiang)細(xi)的(de)閱(yue)讀(du)之(zhi)後(hou),開(kai)始(shi)可(ke)以(yi)慢(man)慢(man)把(ba)握(wo)以(yi)上(shang)不(bu)足(zu)的(de)地(di)方(fang)。
經過兩個月的頂崗實習,通過老師的指導和自己的摸索,在教學方麵學到了很多的東西,比如對教材的解讀、上課思路的清理、教學步驟的安排等,細節處比如教態的自如、教學目標的設定等,都是在這兩個月裏學到的,感覺收獲很大、很豐富,自己從這兩個月來進步了很多,學到很多。

四、存在問題與今後設想

1、聽課

2、備課與上課
一周時間轉眼即逝,在指導老師的安排下,我們開始進行備課。備課不是簡單地讀讀課文、kankanjiaocan,ershirenzhendishulijiaocaideneironghesilubingzhuanhuachengzijideyuyan。zhebushiyigeduizhejiaoanniandaandedongzuo,ershiyigeshuruzhihouzaishuchudeguocheng。duiyulaoshieryan,zuidadeyihuoshi“教師要教到什麼程度”。以前作為學生聽課,目的.是學習知識;xianzaizuoweijiaoshijiangke,shiweilerangxueshengxuexi。mudebuyiyang,womendezhuyidianyejiubuyiyangle。gangkanjiaocaideshihou,jiaodeyipiankewenzenmecainengyongyijiekelaijiangne?kehoulaibeikecaifaxianyaojiangjiedewentihenduo,yijiekenengjiangwan、講好一篇課文是非常不容易的。
3、班主任工作方麵

第四、我們增強了交際能力和口頭表達能力,以及與學生的互動水平。
臨近離別,大家心裏都很不舍,但時不我待,我們沒有時間逗留。唯有把這溫馨、甜蜜的回憶鏤刻在自己心石之上,並讓它化作助我們揚帆遠航的東風。
