11月19日,我有幸參加在新區實驗小學舉行的小學數學“名師進校園”教學觀摩會。觀摩了2節示範課,聆聽了丹陽華南實驗學校王文忠校長的學術報告,聽了這些專家的課,使我更深刻地感受到了名師課堂教學的生活化,藝術化。

首先,感謝學校領導為我提供這樣一個學習的平台,讓我有一個互相學習,共同提高的機會。我有幸去縣實驗中學聽了“20_國培計劃送教下鄉數學優質課聽課活動”,現在我把聽課後的心得體會向老師們作一個彙報老師們都知道,課堂教學是一個“仁者見仁,智者見智”的(de)話(hua)題(ti),大(da)家(jia)對(dui)生(sheng)本(ben)的(de)理(li)解(jie)都(dou)有(you)自(zi)己(ji)獨(du)特(te)的(de)見(jian)解(jie)。我(wo)也(ye)不(bu)具(ju)備(bei)教(jiao)學(xue)專(zhuan)家(jia)那(na)樣(yang)的(de)水(shui)平(ping),還(hai)不(bu)能(neng)把(ba)這(zhe)次(ci)聽(ting)課(ke)專(zhuan)家(jia)的(de)所(suo)有(you)思(si)想(xiang)內(nei)容(rong)原(yuan)封(feng)不(bu)動(dong)告(gao)訴(su)大(da)家(jia)。所(suo)以(yi),我(wo)也(ye)隻(zhi)能(neng)跟(gen)大(da)家(jia)交(jiao)流(liu)我(wo)個(ge)人(ren)聽(ting)課(ke)的(de)一(yi)點(dian)膚(fu)淺(qian)的(de)看(kan)法(fa)。說(shuo)得(de)不(bu)好(hao)的(de)地(di)方(fang),請(qing)諒(liang)解(jie)。我(wo)從(cong)以(yi)下(xia)四(si)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian)談(tan)談(tan)這(zhe)次(ci)聽(ting)課(ke)活(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)。
(二)課堂教學體現數學味道很多老師心裏想,數學課堂肯定體現數學味道,這還用說。laoshimendouzhidao,weileyinghekegaidejingshen,yixiegongkaike,laoshiweilerangshuxueketanggengjiachongshishengdong,gengjiaxiyinxuesheng,laoshizaijiaoxuezhongjiarudaliangshenghuofangmianzhishi;為了擴展學生知識麵,老師又加入了相關自然科學方麵的知識;為了豐富課堂語言,有感情,用著詩意一般語調
講課;為(wei)了(le)節(jie)省(sheng)時(shi)間(jian),用(yong)了(le)大(da)量(liang)畫(hua)麵(mian)精(jing)致(zhi)的(de)課(ke)件(jian),提(ti)前(qian)讓(rang)學(xue)生(sheng)準(zhun)備(bei)好(hao)答(da)案(an),有(you)老(lao)師(shi)的(de),有(you)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)。一(yi)節(jie)課(ke)下(xia)來(lai),精(jing)彩(cai)紛(fen)呈(cheng),演(yan)化(hua)繚(liao)亂(luan)。學(xue)生(sheng)不(bu)知(zhi)這(zhe)節(jie)課(ke)到(dao)底(di)是(shi)什(shen)麼(me)課(ke),數(shu)學(xue)課(ke)也(ye)像(xiang),自(zi)然(ran)科(ke)學(xue)也(ye)像(xiang),綜(zong)合(he)課(ke)也(ye)像(xiang),最(zui)終(zhong)成(cheng)了(le)“四不像”。但這次的課堂卻體現了數學應有的味道,具體表現在兩個方麵:一yi是shi這zhe次ci講jiang課ke內nei容rong貼tie近jin生sheng活huo,源yuan於yu教jiao材cai,選xuan材cai恰qia當dang,過guo度du自zi然ran,不bu像xiang以yi前qian公gong開kai課ke那na樣yang隻zhi重zhong形xing式shi,淡dan化hua實shi質zhi,隻zhi重zhong結jie果guo,淡dan化hua過guo程cheng,隻zhi講jiang簡jian單dan數shu學xue認ren識shi,對dui於yu一yi些xie抽chou象xiang代dai數shu知zhi識shi是shi避bi之zhi若ruo騖wu。二er是shi重zhong視shi學xue語yu言yan表biao達da和he思si維wei的de形xing成cheng過guo程cheng,教jiao師shi語yu言yan簡jian潔jie精jing煉lian,言yan簡jian意yi賅gai,沒mei有you多duo餘yu的de話hua,最zui大da特te是shi培pei養yang學xue生sheng用yong數shu學xue語yu言yan表biao達da,注zhu重zhong數shu學xue的de抽chou象xiang思si維wei和he具ju象xiang思si維wei的de培pei養yang,注zhu意yi學xue生sheng語yu言yan的de嚴yan謹jin性xing。
(三)是獨立思考與小組合作間變化的關係這次聽課另外一個感受是:一走進教室,我們發現學生的課桌的擺放跟我們平常教室一樣,一排十人,三排,共三十人。不再是五六個生圍坐在一起,以前一見到這樣的大型公開課,為了方便小組間合作、交jiao流liu。往wang往wang是shi五wu六liu張zhang課ke桌zhuo拚pin在zai一yi起qi。合he作zuo學xue習xi是shi新xin課ke改gai大da力li倡chang導dao的de學xue習xi方fang式shi。為wei了le迎ying合he課ke改gai的de精jing神shen,一yi些xie老lao師shi把ba合he作zuo學xue習xi看kan成cheng課ke堂tang教jiao學xue中zhong不bu可ke缺que少shao的de一yi個ge環huan節jie,認ren為wei課ke堂tang上shang有you了le小xiao組zu合he作zuo就jiu有you了le課ke改gai意yi識shi,就jiu是shi一yi種zhong開kai放fang的de充chong滿man活huo力li的de課ke堂tang,把ba學xue生sheng獨du立li思si考kao說shuo成cheng是shi一yi種zhong封feng閉bi的de弧hu軍jun備bei戰zhan,是shi一yi種zhong傳chuan統tong的de學xue習xi方fang式shi。於yu是shi在zai課ke堂tang上shang,特te別bie是shi公gong開kai課ke,任ren課ke教jiao師shi把ba合he作zuo學xue習xi到dao了le“隨手拈來”,“動轍合作”的de地di步bu,從cong而er忽hu視shi了le學xue生sheng的de獨du立li思si考kao。這zhe次ci優you質zhi課ke上shang很hen好hao的de處chu理li了le獨du立li思si考kao與yu小xiao組zu合he作zuo間jian的de關guan係xi。就jiu是shi需xu要yao討tao論lun的de地di方fang采cai取qu了le同tong桌zhuo間jian互hu相xiang討tao論lun。不bu需xu要yao討tao論lun的de問wen題ti一yi律lv強qiang調tiao學xue生sheng獨du立li思si考kao。不bu像xiang以yi前qian一yi節jie課ke鬧nao哄hong哄hong地di多duo次ci合he作zuo、討論。事實上,新課改所倡導的小組合作與學生獨立思考並不是相排
