教書育人心得體會19月28日下午,保定市教書育人楷模先進事跡報告會在縣電影院隆重舉行。我有幸聆聽了此次報告會。

作為教師,應該把自己的滿腔熱血投入到自己所熱愛、做從事的教育事業,對自己的事業充滿激情永無止境積極追求。俗話說“熱愛是最好的老師”。熱re愛ai自zi己ji的de教jiao育yu事shi業ye會hui覺jiao得de其qi樂le無wu窮qiong,熱re愛ai自zi己ji的de事shi業ye,就jiu會hui多duo了le更geng多duo的de激ji情qing,少shao了le許xu多duo牢lao騷sao和he抱bao怨yuan,熱re愛ai自zi己ji的de教jiao育yu事shi業ye再zai苦ku再zai累lei也ye無wu怨yuan無wu悔hui,熱re愛ai自zi己ji的de教jiao育yu事shi業ye,就jiu不bu會hui去qu計ji較jiao個ge人ren得de失shi。
作為教師,應該有一顆博大的責任心,愛教育事業,最終落腳點在愛學生愛孩子。高爾基說過“誰愛孩子,孩子就愛誰”。隻zhi有you愛ai孩hai子zi的de人ren,才cai能neng教jiao育yu好hao孩hai子zi,師shi愛ai是shi每mei一yi個ge教jiao師shi的de精jing神shen財cai富fu,也ye是shi人ren類lei的de精jing神shen財cai富fu。教jiao師shi要yao有you無wu私si的de愛ai,以yi高gao尚shang的de人ren格ge,淵yuan博bo的de知zhi識shi,博bo大da無wu私si的de愛ai去qu感gan染ran學xue生sheng,成cheng為wei學xue生sheng心xin中zhong的de楷kai模mo。

一、沒有一種給予是理所當然的

二、贏得學生的認可
著名詩人但丁說:“愛是美德的種子。”歌曲唱得好:隻要人人都獻出一點愛,世界就會變成美好的人間。作為一個老師,要有“杜鵑夜半猶啼血,不信東風喚不回”的執著堅忍,具備“精誠所致,金石為開”的強烈事業心和責任感。我們要善於和物欲橫流、追zhui腥xing逐zhu臭chou的de世shi俗su潮chao流liu遠yuan距ju離li,和he三san尺chi講jiang台tai近jin距ju離li,與yu廣guang大da學xue生sheng零ling距ju離li。我wo們men要yao學xue會hui用yong愛ai心xin和he真zhen誠cheng在zai老lao師shi和he同tong學xue之zhi間jian架jia起qi一yi座zuo座zuo溝gou通tong橋qiao梁liang,打da造zao一yi個ge互hu動dong平ping台tai。愛ai心xin溫wen暖nuan人ren心xin,真zhen誠cheng消xiao融rong堅jian冰bing。理li解jie—諒解—化解—和解,展現的是師生關係間和諧良性的發展軌跡。童年,總是回憶時含淚的微笑。愛心守望,真誠同行,是我的默默追求。

(一)、用親和之心架設教育之橋

(二)、用無私之心鋪就事業之路
教師對學生的愛應該是博大無私、寬廣無邊的,也是無微不至的。教師,可以感染同事,同心同德,齊心協力;可以感染家長,樹立威信,真誠溝通;可以感染學生,積極進取,勤奮努力;我們更可以感動社會,愛崗敬業。
(三)、用研究者之心搭建教學之梯
在學校“科研興校,內涵發展”思想的引領下,成為研究者、作研究型教師成為我的事業追求。我認真鑽研,努力實踐,優化課堂結構,提高課堂實效,
(四)、言傳身教、嚴格要求是提高教學質量的催化劑
