建築工地食堂食品安全監管工作情況彙報

一、強化責任,構建食品安全責任體係
目(mu)前(qian)我(wo)市(shi)建(jian)築(zhu)工(gong)地(di)食(shi)堂(tang)良(liang)莠(you)不(bu)齊(qi),我(wo)局(ju)在(zai)多(duo)次(ci)食(shi)品(pin)安(an)全(quan)工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)上(shang)提(ti)出(chu),要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)建(jian)築(zhu)企(qi)業(ye)主(zhu)體(ti)責(ze)任(ren),要(yao)求(qiu)建(jian)築(zhu)工(gong)地(di)明(ming)確(que)食(shi)堂(tang)食(shi)品(pin)安(an)全(quan)第(di)一(yi)責(ze)任(ren)人(ren)、直接負責人、食品安全管理員,要求建築工地食堂申領《食品經營許可證》,從業人員上崗前必須進行健康檢查和培訓,保證食堂環境、食品采購、食品的留樣、貯存及加工等管理規範,進一步提高建築工地食堂食品安全管理水平。
二、強化管理,積極防控餐飲食品風險
