一、加強企業文化專業人才培養是建設企業文化的關鍵發力點

二、加快企業文化製度化步伐是建設企業文化的重要支撐點

目(mu)前(qian),國(guo)內(nei)多(duo)數(shu)航(hang)空(kong)企(qi)業(ye)都(dou)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhe)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)曆(li)史(shi)淵(yuan)源(yuan),在(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)文(wen)化(hua)。客(ke)觀(guan)地(di)說(shuo),原(yuan)有(you)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)文(wen)化(hua)有(you)許(xu)多(duo)值(zhi)得(de)肯(ken)定(ding)的(de)方(fang)麵(mian),但(dan)也(ye)有(you)一(yi)些(xie)

要摒棄長期形成的不良風氣和觀念,必需通過一係列科學合理的規章製度的約束力強製員工“洗腦”,接受新的文化理念。因為,文化作為一種道德規範不具有強製力,違反企業文化通常隻受到道德譴責,而企業製度作為企業的“法律”具有強製力,員工違反就會受到相應的懲罰。企業文化本身是一種心理狀態和價值結構,需要良好的人力資源、績效管理、營銷管理、安全管理等係統為載體,通過製度化,把文化理念變為現實。隻有這樣,企業管理的深處是才是文化,才是價值觀。

三、構建企業與員工之間的誠信關係是建設企業文化的根本點
