二、請教與交流

三、提高技能機質量

四、完善批改作業:

六、推進素質教育。

學校數學教學工作總結2本學期,我擔任六年級數學教學工作,我結合本班學生的實際情況,勤勤懇懇,兢兢業業,使教學工作有計劃、有組織、有步驟地開展,圓滿地完成了教學任務。現總結如下:

四、zuohaokehoufudaogongzuo,zhuyifencengjiaoxue。zaikehou,weibutongcengcidexueshengjinxingxiangyingdefudao,yimanzubutongcengcidexueshengdexuqiu,tongshijiadaleduihoujinshengdefudaodelidu。duihoujinxueshengdefudao,bingbuxianyuxueshengzhishixingdefudao,gengzhongyaodeshixueshengsixiangdefudao,tigaohoujinshengdechengji,shouxianjiejuetamendexinjie,rangtamenyishidaoxuexidezhongyaoxinghebiyaoxing,shizhiduixueximengfaxingqu。zheyang,houjinshengdezhuanhua,jiuyouyuanlaidejiandancubao、強製學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。

六、教學中存在的問題
本學期對學困生的幫扶還不夠深入,對學生心理特點了解不夠,教學方法還有待於改進,教學成績還有待於提高。
七、今後整改措施

四、認真反思,困惑之處。
在本學期的教學工作中我還有許多不足之處使我產生了以下困惑。
1、在教學中有的知識點較難,在學生學習時就研究這些知識的形成過程就需要用一節課時間,使得最後沒有練習時間這種情況該怎麼處理?
2、在一個班裏學生的思維反映速度不一,反映快的同學(大約有10人)總是能很快的學會新知,而反映慢的總得用很長時間反複教才能學會。
這種情況該如何設計教學?3、對於練習題,學生做完以後,是全班集體糾正效果好呢?還是學生自己改後個別輔導效果好?
